In this episode of the Mattacritic, I will be doing a short recap of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man on Disney+. I asked the question in the last short, what happened at the end of the second episode. The answer is that Norman Osborne finds out that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. This is true to the comics and the Spider-Man lore. Norman Osborne knew that Peter Parker was Spider-Man even when he was the Green Goblin. No, Norman Osborne is not the Green Goblin. Norman Osborne has an internship program, and he later has Peter Parker at dinner at a fancy restaurant. He tells Peter Parker that he thought that Spider-Man was getting help from someone smart. As he points out to Peter Parker, he was surprised to learn that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. This is a Norman Osborne that wants to help Peter Parker because he wants to thank him for saving his son Harry Osborne from a moving vehicle and hoodlums chasing him. Peter Parker is reluctant to accept his help as he is afraid of putting Norman Osborne in danger.Later in the episode, Lonny Lincoln will have to deal with his brother joining the 110-street gang. Lonny’s mother was upset of finding out his brother being brought home by a cop. Lonny Lincoln will have to go find his brother and he meets the boss of the gang, and he has no choice but to join the gang to save his brother.
