Andresa Guidelli moved from Brazil to the US to get her second masters degree and started working as a door to door salesperson in 2011. Everything started when her manager gave her the "Rich Dad Poor Dad" book which changed her mindset, that she can be in charge of her own destiny, do a lot of things in the world of investments and live a financially free life! After 6 months of learning about the real estate investing world, she decided to acquire her first house and overspend on construction but made good profit in the end that propelled her to invest in more real estate properties. Andresa loves the construction process! She has extensive experience in rehabbing and building new construction single family houses and eventually pivoted to commercial new construction.
