Your Habits Determine Your Identity and Destiny with Francis Marotte Former Pro Hockey Player and Performance Coach

from Four Minutes with Fiona · host Fiona Hatton

Today I got to talk with Francis Marotte! He played college hockey at Robert Morris before transferring to Clarkson in his senior year, where he was one of the top goalies in the nation, earning All-American Honors, ECAC Hockey Ken Dryden Goaltender of the Year, and First Team League All-Star. After Clarkson, he played professional hockey in the AHL, ECHL, and EIHL. Now he is a performance coach, co-founder of the brand Stride Lifestyle along with Anthony Callin of the Worcester Railers. He’s built a big following online sharing his story and great performance tips for athletes. We had a phenomenal conversation about how your habits shape your identity, the keys to being successful, and why success doesn’t happen overnight. Frank has an awesome perspective and is dedicated to being his best self while helping others do the same. I am super thankful he took the time to come on the podcast to chat!Enjoy! If you enjoyed this podcast and want to see more from Frank, on Instagram @stride.lifestyle and @francis.marotteUnfortunately, shortly after we recorded this, episode Frank's Instagram was disabled.
