The Hungry Caterpillar is a child-friendly cafe based on the High St in Knaresborough. Owner, Danielle Bartley, is a Mum of 3 and a previous foster carer who has had 28 children in total over the years. Following a horrific collision, Danielle lost one of her arms and as a result of the trauma, couldn't conceive and so went through IVF which resulted in twins. She also raised money for other people wishing to go on the IVF journey and ran a competition, resulting in one couple having a daughter and becoming life-long friends.
