Co-chair of Pannal Cricket Club, Andy Herridge, speaks to Pete about the official opening of the club's brand new nets. A lot of effort has gone in to raising the funds needed for the new facilities, after the old ones finally gave up the ghost due to poor weather. Although the amount of rain has posed many problems for cricket across the country, Pannal have begun the new season and are growing both in the men's and women's teams. Knaresborough Town Women are on the verge of a second successive promotion. The club currently play in the West Riding County Womens Football League and need just 5 more points from 3 matches, to go up.
