Your physical health and your financial health are more connected than most people realize. In this episode, Tracey Anderson, who spent over 26 years in medical wellness and bariatrics, breaks down why weight loss is so misunderstood, why quick-fix solutions usually fail, and why doing nothing can be more dangerous and expensive over time than people want to admit.
