It makes sense when you think about it - the heart is organ that announces there is life.The heart is also wise and loving. As blood becomes oxygenated, the highest quality blood stays in the heart. It keeps the best for itself.We can learn many lessons from the heart. Stay open and allow love’s energy to flow through you. Be aware of your needs and fulfill them before you help someone else.Your heart speaks a different language than your mind. Learn to listen to your heart speak. Breathe deeply to quiet your mind and body and allow your heart to express itself. As you practice, you will discover a new way to see reality and yourself.The world will shift to reflect your inner state of being.
