Your Heart Knows Things Your Mind Can't Explain

from Pass Around the Smile® · host Cleo Massey

Listening to your heart can seem like a clichè saying and a somewhat obvious part of a self development journey, however very often it’s overlooked and while it may seem simple to listen to your heart, many of us don’t in the way that we should. In this episode we chat about how you can actually tune in, quiet your mind and listen to your heart. Personally, this was the beginning of living a fulfilling life for me. It is pretty mind blowing what you can identify when you are able to quieten outside noise and expectations and tune in to what your heart desires. So often we will choose the cheaper, easier or safer way - or often the way that others or society suggest or expect of us - but what about what YOU genuinely desire? We chat about how listening to your heart is crucial in manifesting your desires and how you can best do this through card readings, meditation and journaling. The heart knows things the mind can’t explain - it’s time to open up and trust that.
