Your intuition is the voice of your Higher Self. For some, their intuition comes through visuals. For others, they hear it. Others still, having a knowing or an inner feeling. We all have our unique way of 'listening' to the voice of our intuition and Higher Self.But many struggle to feel connected to their intuition, let alone trust it. One of the greatest obstacles to hearing, trusting and believing in our intuition, is doubt, and doubt comes from fear. An intuition will spontaneously come in, most often followed by a doubting mind driven by fear, skepticism and its need for a logical answer or path ahead.Intuition isn't logical but my goodness is it helpful, insightful and quite often, life saving. In this episode, I go into the things that block our intuition, what cultivating a relationship with our Higher Self looks like and requires, and how to discern between what is our intuition and what is our fear. Here's one hint: Anything or anyone that induces or incites fear in you is not coming from a place of love and care. Love, calms. Fear, panics. Your Higher Self always has your best interest at hand. It forever cares about you and loves you and would never, ever, want to scare you. It doesn't mean that some things in life don't take great courage, but true, genuine and authentic support, always comes from a place of love and not fear.
