What doesn't get transformed gets transferred. If you aren't willing to do the work in your own life, some of that baggage will be transferred to your kids. Don't put that burden on them. Examine your set of survival skills and determine where you turn in a crisis. It may be time to discard some of those skills and acquire new ones. Triggers are invitations or information.
