In 2016, she bought her first multi-family home with an FHA loan and began investing in real estate in 2020. Since marrying in 2021, she and her husband have used the BRRRR method to manage 10 rental units, aiming to expand their portfolio and support their families. Nikki G Nikki G, a first-generation Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, has over 20 years in corporate management. A dedicated saver, she used her skills and income to build a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio that generates six-figure rental income. Nikki shares her journey to inspire others to build wealth and enjoys family time, travel, and motivating others to invest in real estate. Tiffany Ward is a mother, CrossFit coach, and real estate investor who works as a sales professional at a Fortune 100 company. She started investing at 23 by purchasing and house-hacking a foreclosure in Virginia. In 2019, she moved into multifamily investing, acting as a Key Principal in her first out-of-state deal.
