Patrick Cave is the author of Chapter 24 in my book Heal Yourself as well as the author of his own book, Your Life Does Not Exist!....(so have another one any time you like).Patrick was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and was given a multitude of medications. Other than one doctor advising him to avoid stress, no one mentioned diet and lifestyle changes for healing. After taking the medications for some time, Patrick decided that he could heal his body naturally. He threw them all away, choosing instead to use energy healers, NLP, hypnotherapy and accupuncture. He stepped out of victim mode and into love and acceptance, taking full responsibility for his own healing, which he shares with us here. Patrick has had a succession of what they call ‘careers’. A teacher in Europe, a writer of dystopian teen thrillers then becaming the General Manager of a live music pub, meeting the likes of Led Zeppelin’s Robert Plant on the way. Patrick was always moving towards what he does now, Taoism, quantum physics, energy healing and shamanism, therapy, NLP and hypnotherapy and much more.
