Your memory bank erase it or ignore it now
from Xtra Xtra Presented By VDG SPORTS · host Vince Douglas Gregory
How to Erase or Ignore Information From Your Memory Bank If you are an introvert, then you probably don’t like to remember things that make you feel uncomfortable. So, if there’s something that you don’t want to remember, then it’s best to just erase it from your memory and move on. Be selective with the memories that you choose to save. Did you know that you can change the color of your memories? While most of us are familiar with the concept of color therapy, we can also change the color of our memories. We can choose to remember positive or negative experiences in a different color. For example, if you had a really bad day and you’re trying to forget about it as soon as possible, then you can choose to remember it in black and white. GOOD DAY TO BE HAPPY?
