your negative emotions are GUIDES! (here's how I listen & extract their wisdom)
from The Kara Michelle Show · host Kara Michelle
It can be really easy to get caught in the heavy emotions (anger, frustration, bitterness, hate) and either ignore them, numb them, or blame them. There were many times in the past I’d try to ignore them or get more upset about how I was feeling, but the truth is these emotions were always shining a guiding light. They were actually mirroring and reflecting back to me my own misalignment, my own settling, my own ways of playing small or putting up with things I’d far outgrown. On this episode I’m sharing some examples of ways this might be affecting you, and how you can start to see those emotions as the wise teachers that they are. I promise when you befriend your shadow you’ll be able to see it’s actually trying to help you step into your highest self. And your job is to do the work to break the pattern, make the changes, and align with what your heart and soul wants! - - - - - - - Free Masterclass: 3 secrets to getting unstuck, playing bigger, and creating your dream life (in MONTHS instead of years): https://www.karamichelle.co/masterclass Manifest money, love, purpose, legacy and SO MUCH MORE with Quantum Healing Hypnosis: https://www.karamichelle.co/qh-bundles Ditch Amazon, Walmart & Target - join the REVOLUTION with a monthly Patriot Owned Wellness Box, shipped straight to your door: https://forms.gle/cJrSdNeWA4hZBuhE7 Join our new private community: https://t.me/+3fDInkiugDxjZGUx Follow on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/its.karamichelle Like the podcast?
