Today I had an awful experience trying to come back to Cardiff by train. 🚂😠 Not only I arrived 1.5 hours late, I had to be standing through almost the whole journey and all of this for a price of… £80… 🕒🚫💷 I am upset and tired and as soon as I came home I applied for my trip to be refunded. 😤💤💰 This experience taught me a good business lesson: 📚👨🏫 Your offer is weak if you do not offer a great guarantee and a refund policy. 📉🛑 No matter how hard you try, some people will not love working with you or consuming your digital product or course. 🚫❤️ And that is OK. ✅ The only thing you need to do is to offer them a way out. 🚪👋 The fact that they won’t like your service or product does not mean that you cannot salvage the experience they had with you. 🔄👍 Offer a great guarantee and refund policy and these 3 things will happen: 📝🌟 1. You will reduce the purchase risk and so you will improve your conversions. ⬇️🛒 2. You will offer them a fair way out if they do not like what they bought from you. 🤝💔 3.
