Your Real Competition - Motivation Monday Game Plan - #1642

“Send Coach John a message”I found a very powerful reminder that got shared from Inspiration Wiz (@Inspirationwiz) where they help to get us to realize that “Your real competition isn’t other people. It’s - Your ego, your procrastination, your lack of discipline, your distractions, your bad habits, your self-doubt, the knowledge you neglect to learn, the unhealthy food you consume. Now go & declare war on your real competition.” Of course I am replacing “my” where it says “your” or “you”, because this was directed at me for sure, probably not “you”. As I read each one of these again - examples of “me” are flying through my mind on each of them. Probably the biggest one for me lately - DISTRACTIONS! Wow!! We all have them and I’ve been letting mine get a bit too much in the way lately. They have stolen my joy & peace in way too many moments.
