Your Stress Breaking Point is in Proportion to the Size of your Life
from Your Amazing Life! · host Ken Gerber
We are all way more capable than we allow ourselves to be. The ceiling we create is our stress point not our point of failure. Your stress point can be traffic, unfavorable gossip, your favorite sports team lost or making sales calls. You know when I first started thinking about this I was “like what stress I don’t stress.” “It’s like don’t stress the small stuff and there is no big stuff.” But the more I thought about it those are lies that I tell myself so that I don’t have to work or improve or push the ceiling. Some people are overwhelmed by the smallest of setbacks others are unwilling to identify the setbacks they put into place. This keeps us living a small life. This is just the reality of the laws that govern life. So the size of the problem that stresses you out, is in proportion with the size of your life. To have a bigger life you have to raise the level of what stresses you out. What is the stress breaking point that you want or need to accomplish the success you are working for. Raise your stress point threshold in a deliberate way that will get you to where you want to be. What is the stress point you want to raise, set up a time and share it with me.
