This is a question most booster leaders avoid... Why? Because we honestly love the programs we support and the idea of actually walking away is a hard pill to swallow. So, we do what most avoidant people do, and we, well, we avoid it. But, that puts the incoming class in a bind. So, lets address it. Not gatekeeping, just protecting the process for those that legitimately want to make the changes needed.
