Our conversation about VIRTUES is one you will find very interesting! While we have moved to instant and virtual connections, the way we communicate with our young people and each other as adults can be very black and white and super quick! Often we mis-interrupt digital communciations depending on the frame of miond we are in! Gladys and I delve in to the importance of role modelling respectful behaviours and language with our young people and their parents/carers which has major ramifications for workplace and leadership cultures. Listen in as we share that seeing others through the lens of virtues helps us to see the goodness in others, so we can become more understanding, positive and more creative in problem solving.
