How can I surrender to God’s will? The difference between your will and God's will is the friction, the uneasiness. When you absorb the friction without any explanation-the difference between the two wills drops. The talk about two wills also drops. Unless one is in immediate physical danger, ‘what is’ is always sufficient, complete-even if it is extremely difficult situation-it is only psychological discomfort. Unless one is in some actual physical danger, it is only talk about suffering, discussion about suffering. One is simply feeling psychological discomfort, trying to escape it and coins stories calling it suffering. Enjoyment, pleasure, relief including relief from spiritual activities is not singular. It is essentially experienced against pain, stress, compulsion. Brain experiences anything as a contrast. When you see that there is no escape from this duality, this bondage-energy begins to rise, fused state takes over. You are on the self-sustained ground. When pain (any uneasy feeling) is not labeled as pain, see what happens- it is movement of energy in you. This movement is on the self-sustained ground. Life energy is drained out of you not when you face pain or discomfort but when you complain, blame, feel guilty or try to escape it by hoping for good future.

It covers some of the topics which students often find hard, but which are fundamental to success in university mathematics. One example of such a topic is curve sketching, which can reveal the qualitative behaviour of a function where perhaps the mathematical expression for the function is rather impenetrable. Proficiency with curve sketching comes with practice, and it is often hard to know where to begin. The videos in this series provide some useful tips. Another example of a core topic in university mathematics is the idea of proof. Rigorous proof allows us to establish the truth of mathematical statements. Videos in this series highlight two ways of proving mathematical statements: by induction and by contradiction. Further videos highlight the generalisation of a familiar pre-university mathematical concept (a vector) to a more abstract setting (vector spaces).
