Questions you’ll ask yourself in this episode: How are you tempted to blame your “season of life” for your busyness? Why does focusing on your truest values matter? What does the “most wonderful time of the year” mean to you? What could shift this year in order to live into that mantra? List out your obligations, perceived expectations, and possible distractions. What do you need to be aware of (let go of!) in order to avoid undue stress, confusion, and overwhelm? How can you live “by design” this holiday season so you can fill up before you pour out? How can you specifically incorporate “Sabbath” into your season?
