Your Wonderful Female Body - 4 Stages of Sexual Response

Sex is a gift from God, given to you with intention and purpose. We're continuing in the summer series, educating ourselves on our body so that we can live in a more celebratory tone when it comes to how we think about our bodies, our femininity and our sexuality.   Common views of sex are are often achored in the cultural assumption that sex = erection, entry, thrusting, ejeculation, resolution. Sex is a much more beautiful, layered and fruitful experience. And, the female body is created with incredible responses to complement the male response. In this episode we will begin to unpack what your female body needs and what a more integrated connection between the brain and the body looks like for women. Women need engagement, time, stimulation and connection between the body and the brain.  Learn to become more aware of what is happening in your body, and tune in and pay attention to the way your body responds in desire, arousal, climax and resolution. This awareness leads to insight on how to wake up to your body and build more intimacy in your marriage.
