Today's guest is Lori Ramos Lemasters who is a writer, author, educator, advocate, CEO, and Founder of Care Partners Resource, and Consulting and a Certified Journal Self-therapeutic writing instructor, Lori also has a YouTube channel, CarePartners Resource. Lori is the Author and Writer of the book, "You're a Caregiver, Not a Saint Yeah, Write."Lori discusses how she came up with the book title, why she started journaling her experiences as a caregiver for her parents, and the work she is doing to help caregivers. Lori discusses how journaling can help people face their emotions when given the proper tools to journal! There are monthly 90-minute Zoom meetings that offer caregivers support and how to journal using the therapeutic Journal to Self Technique. Lori discusses different topics in the book and how part of the book is a workbook with writing exercises.
