This is the same shit a lot of yall are doing with spirituality. You are learning HOW to practice medicine (reiki, breathwork, certifications) but you are not learning the actual medicine. This creates copy-cat healers who mimic and duplicate what they are shown. Monkey see, monkey do. Stop being a monkey. Stop being a copy-cat healer. First learn WHAT is your medicine before learning HOW to practice your medicine.
