EP. 18 // Have you ever stopped and wondered if maybe YOUR the problem?? I recently had a conversation with my therapist about something that made me stop and think about something I never considered before... that yes, I may just be the problem when it comes to not being successful. Maybe you’re too scared to start something new? Or maybe you tried something new and you gave up, but still wish you wouldn’t have or what life would have looked like if you just stuck it through? and how does one even break the cycle??? I definitely  have, so lets talk about it.
