You’re going to have to fight for this!

I’ll be honest with you. This is something that I had to learn in my early years of leadership and still working to improve. The reason is that the old ways of leadership built a belief to neglect this, and those leaders are still leading. They could be ones you have to work with or have worked with in the past.
