You’re Not A Project: You Get To Be Loved Now

from Raw Conversations with Corinne Blum · host Corinne Blum

You’re not a never-ending project. You’re not imperfect as you are. You don’t need fixing because you’re not broken. You don’t even need to change how you’re feeling or what you’re experiencing by somehow “making it better,” if it means that you have to deny the truth of where you are in this moment. The only way to truly “change,” evolve and grow is to first be where we are, here and now, and honour, respect, listen to, and be with our experience. Denying our emotions won’t help us grow. Wallowing in them, won’t encourage us to evolve either. But sitting and being with ourselves as we move through this human experience, will allow us to move through and with it, more fluidly, kindly and compassionately. We’re coming out of a very long phase where gathering knowledge was one the most important focuses. I believe we’re now moving into a time when we can drop down from the mind and centre ourselves in heart and remember our knowing, instead. All that we seek is already in here. We haven’t lost it, we’ve merely forgotten it. What if we allowed ourselves to drop down and in, to come back to heart whenever we find ourselves in a state of tension, and fall into the lap of love that is always there, waiting to hold us? And why is Love always there to hold us? Because Love is who we are. It is the essence of all that is. So it cannot not be there. This is not a time of finding, it’s a time of remembering. What if you didn’t have to try so hard to be you? What if you got to just be you, in all your messy humanity, and know that you are still (and always will be) loved? Tune in for more… Loving you from afar, Corinne Want to work 1-1 with me?
