You’re Not Broken: Heart Coherence, Harmony, Balance & Alignment As Our Natural State Of Being

from Raw Conversations with Corinne Blum · host Corinne Blum

We have this false belief that as humans we are innately flawed, broken or at worst, even sinful. If this is our belief, it makes sense that we are out of coherence, balance and harmony with ourselves, one another and life itself. It makes sense that we feel broken and fragmented when we’ve been told certain parts of us are ok and valuable and others are not ok and deemed weak. Coming into coherence is coming into alignment with all parts of ourselves. Where heart, head, gut are in alignment. Feelings and thoughts are in alignment. And ALL parts have a seat at the table. This evolution in humanity is about integration. Moving from fragmentation to wholeness—which is our natural state of being. There’s nowhere to go. There’s no-one that you need to become outside and beyond yourself, or to “improve” who you are so that you are finally worthy and good enough. It’s a free ticket to venture inside yourself. But we need to drop the false belief that we’re broken and that there are parts of us that need getting rid of. Instead, all parts get a voice. All feelings deserve respect. All parts that make up our entirety, deserve a seat at the table and an equal share of the meal. We don’t need to improve. If anything we just need to strip back the layers of who we were told we should and shouldn’t be, so that we can access and return home to our natural selves. And our natural state is one of harmony, balance and coherence. We don’t need to learn this, we simply need to remember it.So the invitation is to recognise where do you exclude parts of yourself? If there was nothing wrong with these parts, could you include them with greater compassion? Could you even love them too? Tune in for more…Loving you from afar, Corinne Want to work 1-1 with me?
