We share why you have to stop giving an F about what people think of us, how we used to worry about what people were thinking about us in every aspect, the judgment of going back into the gym, learning to not beat yourself up over someone you can’t please, that friendships can’t be built on being fake with each other, what embracing our authentic self means, and unless you’re being paid to judge someone, you need to stop!
