Were 'taught' to play small, to stay safe, because when you started expanding, shining more of your light, people physically, emotionally or mentally beat you down, belittling you, shaming you, causing you to constrict, dim, hide, bury your Light, your dreams, your belief in yourself and your desires for a better world?
