The United Nations Childrens Fund - UNICEF – Has release a report on the latest global statistics on children and adolescents living with HIV. The report was released at UNICEF’s offices in Sunninghill, north of Johannesburg in South Africa . In the global effort to end HIV and AIDS, children and adolescents continue to fall behind. New cases of infection still occur at birth, during breastfeeding and in adolescence; and not enough children and adolescents living with HIV have access to testing and life-saving treatment. As a result, hundreds die every day.African Dialogue was there and spoke to :• Dr Ider Dungerdorj an HIV and AIDS specialist at UNICEF• Phiwe Ndabeni a youth activist and an Intern with the Aurum Institute
