youth participation in governance

The population of youths in Zambia is placed at 45.7% out of the total population of 17.86 million. despite youths being the majority there is still low participation of young people in governance.  the importance of youth participation in governance can not be overlooked hence the need to call young and restless on board,  most of the times youths are sidelined to participate in governance because of our religion, tradition and Constitution make up. The constitution of Zambia doesn't allow one who is 35 and below to stand for the position of presidency.
