More than 200 New Orleans public high school students are getting ready for paid summer internships through YouthForce NOLA, a program now reaching every public high school in the city. CEO Cate Swinburn joins Newell to talk about how these internships are helping students build careers, earn more after graduation, and stay in New Orleans to strengthen the local workforce.
