You've Got 1 Life Make Sure it is Fully Lived - Susan Jacobson

from Your Next: A Guide to Finding Fulfillment After Your Exit Hosted by Jerome Myers · host Jerome Myers - Advisor to exiting founders

What does it take to pursue our dreams and live our best lives? Susan Jacobson is a powerful advocate for helping others find their authentic path in life. After experiencing tremendous hardship herself, she has realized the importance of empowering vulnerable populations and providing them with the resources they need to achieve their full potential.  Susan, using a positive approach to learning, has dedicated her life to helping others develop to their full potential. Experiencing tragedy at a very young age Susan developed grit and resilience early. As she entered adulthood, she found herself facing domestic violence and homelessness. Through a strong sense of faith and determination, she refused to accept that as her destiny and forged a new way. While her health and new relationships were thriving, Susan continued to struggle financially. She found 1Life after years in the “school of hard knocks”. Having a ROADMAP was a turning point that has changed her entire perspective on how to live life. With over thirty years in a variety of roles from small business owner, advertising executive, Program Director of an Olympic sport, several non-profit boards, wife, and proud parent of two sons, she is able to quickly relate to, identify with, and enrich the experience of those around her.
