Wake up! “Those who have ears, let them hear.” Revelation 1:3 NIV - 3 Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near. The church of Sardis points us to the very root of our problems in the church. We are essentially sleepwalking through our lives, including our walk with God. Comfort and ease have become the enemy of our souls. It’s so easy to fall asleep in our faith. It’s so easy to fall asleep in spending time with God. It’s so easy to fall asleep in sharing Jesus with others.
