"You've Got the Power!"

What this episode covers

Life can get majorly hectic, can’t it? Some days we can feel like the whole world is against us and nothing is easy. And other days we feel on top of it all and the world is our oyster. Is that because of something internal or external? Why do so many social media memes talk about ‘reclaiming our power’ and why are we being reminded constantly ‘that we've got this'? Where does that ‘power' come from? Do we come knowing how to access it, use it or can we learn? Why is all of this so important when we talk about healing, manifesting, being visible and becoming who we want to be? What do we do when we can’t feel it or have no idea what to do to light ourselves up? Join Lynette and Kirileigh as they help put it all into perspective and look at the gifts of The Hero's (3rd chakra) Journey. Listen in as the girls scale the rugged cliffs of the Woo Woo Verse and discuss why power is so controversial. And the fundamental role it plays in our personal and spiritual development (independently and collectively). If there were such a thing as spiritual brownie badges.....nailing the lessons of this chakra's badge, is a MUST!
