śri rādherānī de dāro na bāṁsurī merī yā baṁśī men prāṇa basata haiṅ, so baṁśī gaī corī He Rādherāṇī, please give back My flute. My soul is living in that vaṁśī. That vaṁśī has been stolen. kāhe se gāūṅ, rādhe, kāhe se bajāūṅ kāhe se lāūṅ gīyā gherī Now how will I play music, with what will I sing, with what will I gather my cows? mukha se gāo kānhā hātha se bajāo lakuṭī se lāo gīyā gherī [Rādhā says] Sing with Your mouth, clap Your hands, and with Your stick bring the cows back. hā hā kahat tere paiyāṅ paṛata hūn taras khaāyo pyārī merī [Kṛṣṇa answers] O my beloed, alas! Alas! I’m falling at Your feet. Please be merciful to me. mīrā ke prabhu giridhara nāgara baṁśī lekara choṛī Mīrā’s master is Giridhara Nāgara. He pursued Rādhārāṇī until He got His flute back and then He took off.
