YUH 145 is yet another Aaron’s Audio Edibles, and this time it is 2, the second album by Mudcrutch.  In the mid 1970’s Tom Petty, guitarist Mike Campbell and bassist Benmont Tench were gaining a reputation in Gainesville Florida.  Their brand of southern tinged rock and roll was so well received the boys decided to take the next step.  When they took a road trip to Hollywood in search of their dream, they landed an album deal snd decided to upgrade their ambiguous band name to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.  2016’s 2 was the second album by the re-formed group.  Our returning guest, Admin Thea from the Rock and Roll Heaven Podcast, was fortunate to catch them in a small venue on the tour to support the record, and gives us a full report!  YeahUhHuh #Midcrutch #tompetty  #Podcast #RockAndRollHeavenpodcast #mikecamobell #thedirtknobs #tompettyandtheheartbreakers  2 Mudcrutch Track list Phil's Rankings 1.
