Yuletide
from Awakening The Mystic Within Hosted by Julia Anastasiou
Yule: Held in the Dark A Midwinter Transmission Awakening the Mystic Within — with Julia Anastasiou As the Winter Solstice approaches, Yule invites us into the deepest part of the year — a season of stillness, inward listening, and the quiet return of light. In this episode of Awakening the Mystic Within, Julia Anastasiou explores Yule as a living season rather than a single day. Drawing on earth-based spirituality, ancestral wisdom, and embodied seasonal practice, this transmission offers a space to slow down and attune to the rhythms of midwinter. At the heart of the episode is a guided shamanic journey to the Ancestral Fire of Yule, where listeners are accompanied by Elen of the Ways and held within the deep winter presence of the Cailleach. The journey supports ancestral connection, inner listening, and the subtle reorganisation that takes place at the turning of the year. The episode also introduces the Mystery School of the Mystic as a year-long, quantum field of awakening, unfolding through the Wheel of the Year and shaped by seasonal rhythm, ritual, and shared presence.
