In compliance with section 42-17107, Arizona Revised Statutes, Yuma County is notifying its property taxpayers of Yuma County’s intention to raise its primary property taxes over last year’s level. Yuma County is proposing an increase in primary property taxes of 1,538 or 2.02%. For example, the proposed tax increase will cause Yuma County’s primary property taxes on a 0,000 home to be 2.56 (total proposed taxes including the tax increase).
