התוכן ידוע שיסוד ישיבת תו"ת בא ע"י הצעת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר לאביו לייסד הישיבה, אע"פ שבאותו זמן הי' אביו הנשיא, ונשיא יש רק א', ובפרט נשיא חב"ד. והרי חב"ד קשור בפשטות עם לימוד התורה (התייסדות הישיבה) שצ"ל בו חכמה בינה דעת. יום ההתייסדות של הישיבה, ט"ו אלול, הוא יום השלישי מי"ג אלול – יום הנישואין של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, ש"ביום השלישי יקימנו ונחי' לפניו" שזה נפעל ע"י יסוד הישיבה, שתפקידם של התמימים הוא להיות "נרות להאיר" – שגם התלמידים ומושפעים שלהם עצמם יהיו "נרות להאיר", ובנוסח אחר: שכ"א מהם יעשה מד' אמותיו ומביתו הפרטי מעין ישיבת תו"ת; מכיון שכל נשיא הוא ממלא מקומו של הנשיא שלפניו, נמצא שבדורנו ישנם בגלוי כל השמונה דורות של נשיאי חב"ד, ושומעים תורה מכ"א מהם. ע"ד הסיפור הידוע אודות שבעת התורות ששמעו מהבעש"ט בג"ע, וכאשר כ"א מאתנו לומד וחוזר תורה שנאמרה בג"ע, הרי כיון שעי"ז "שפתותיו דובבות...", ובנדו"ד בג"ע – ה"ז בבחי' "עולמך תראה בחייך", בעוה"ז הגשמי. ועוד.ג' חלקים משיחת ט"ו אלול ה'תנש"א ל"הנחה פרטית" או התרגום ללה"ק של השיחה: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=18-09-2024 Synopsis We know that Tomchei Temimim was established upon the suggestion of my father-in-law the Rebbe to his father, even though his father was the Nasi at the time, and there is only one Nasi at a time, especially in Chabad, and “Chabad” (embodied in the establishment of the yeshiva) involves Chochmah, Binah and Daas. The yeshiva was founded on 15 Elul, the third day from 13 Elul, the wedding anniversary of my father-in-law, the Rebbe; the verse states “…on the third day He will set us up, and we will live before Him,” and this is achieved by the founding of Tomchei Temimim, whose students’ role is to be “shining lights,” such that those whom they influence also become shining lights themselves. In other words: every one of them should make his four cubits and his personal home resemble Tomchei Temimim. Since every Nasi is the successor of the Nasi before him, it emerges that in our generation we have the revelation of all eight generations of Nesi’im, and we receive Torah teachings from them all, like the well-known story about the seven teachings heard from the Baal Shem Tov in Gan Eden.
