Therefore, though in the beginning of the parashah Hashem tells Avram, “I will give this land to your offspring” – at the end of the parashah, Hashem tells him during the Bris Bein Habesarim [in the sixth aliyah], “I have given this Land to your offspring” – He had already given it to him. And so, too, in our times: we must “go” throughout the entire Eretz Yisrael – and settle all the territories!
