התוכן י"ט כסלו הוא ר"ה לחסידות ולכן יש לעשות בו ענין מיוחד בנוגע לחסידות: ידוע תקנת כ"ק אדמו"ר (מהרש"ב) נ"ע שבכ"מ שנמצאים שם חסידים, או יהודים בכלל (ויש לקוות שגם הם יתחילו בקרוב ללמוד חסידות), יהי' א' שיקבל ע"ע את התפקיד "משפיע" - להפיץ תורת החסידות ולהראות את הדרך בעבודת ה' ושיוכלו לגלות בפניו נגעי הלב וכד'. ולכן, מיד לאחרי התוועדות זו יבחרו, או יתנדבו, א' או כמה, הראוי/ים לתפקיד זה ולהתחיל מיד בהדרכה לתורה, עבודה או גמ"ח. ומי שכן ראוי לזה, או אפי' אם יש לו ספק בזה, עליו להתעסק בזה ולא להתנהג ב"שפלות של שקר" ח"ו! ולהתנות לפנ"ז שזהו לנסיון בלבד ואם במשך הזמן ימצאו מי שמסוגל לזה יותר, ימסור לו את התפקיד ובשמחה וכו'. ולעשות כך בכל מקום ומקום ששומעים עתה, או שיגיע לשם, את הבקשה, ההפצרה וההתחננות זו!משיחת יום א' דפ' וישב, כ' כסלו ה'תשל"ז ל"הנחה פרטית" או התרגום ללה"ק של השיחה: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=22-12-2024 Synopsis Being that 19 Kislev is the Rosh Hashanah of Chassidus – we must do something that relates particularly to Chassidus: the Rebbe Rashab instituted that wherever there are Chassidim, or Jews in general (whom we must hope will soon start learning Chassidus), there should be someone who takes upon himself the role of mashpia – to spread Chassidus, show people a path in Divine service, and be there for people to share their struggles etc. Therefore, immediately after this farbrengen, suitable individuals should be chosen for this role, or volunteer for it, and they should begin serving in this capacity immediately, whether in the realm of Torah, Service, Acts of Kindness, or all three. This applies to anyone who is suitable, or even if he isn’t sure if he’s suitable, and nobody should have false humility chas v’shalom.
