התוכן ההתעסקות ב"מבצעים" שייכת גם לנשי ובנות ישראל בדרכים המתאימות וכו' (ובפרט מבצע פורים – "מגילת אסתר"). ובזה ישנה "הוראה נפלאה" ממ"ש [בשני דפ' ויקהל] "כל הנשים אשר נשא לבן אותנה בחכמה טוו את העזים", וכמ"ש רש"י עה"פ שהיתה בזה "אומנות יתירה שמעל גבי העזים היו טווים אותם", שבשעה שהנשים ראו שיש בהן חכמה מיוחדת שאין בנשים אחרות (שהביאו את "התכלת וגו'" סתם, כמ"ש בפסוק שלפנ"ז) ניצלו את זה עבור המשכן! ועד"ז אם א' חונן מתולדתו באיזה כשרון או שהקב"ה הצליח אותו בעסקיו וכיו"ב, עליו לנצל את זה עבור קיום תומ"צ – "ושכנתי בתוכם" באופן של "אומנות יתירה". וכיון שהוראה זו לומדים ממ"ש בנוגע לנשים הרי עליהן להראות בזה דוגמא חי' וכו'.משיחת אור לאדר"ח אד"ש ה'תשל"ו ל"הנחה פרטית" או התרגום ללה"ק של השיחה: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=16-03-2025 Synopsis Involvement in Mivtzoim is even for Jewish women and girls (particularly the Purim Campaign – the Megillah is called “Megillas Esther”). And here there’s a wondrous lesson from the verse (in parashas Vayakhel), “All the women whose hearts inspired them with wisdom spun the goat hair.” Rashi explains that this involved “an especially skilled craft, that they spun it directly off the backs of the goats.” When these women saw that they possessed a special skill not possessed by other women (who brought the “techeiles, purple and scarlet wool” etc. in an ordinary fashion, as it says in the previous verse) – they utilized that skill for the Mishkan.
