(Though the verse refers to a portion of the tribe of Levi, nevertheless, it applies to every Jew, as the Rambam rules, “not only the tribe of Levi” but every Jew whose “spirit inspires him” is given the full potential to attain even the level of the Kohen Gadol and the Holy of Holies etc.).
