התוכן אדה"ז הוא מייסד חסידות חב"ד ומחבר ספר התניא השייך לכאו"א מישראל. כידוע דברי אדה"ז אשר סוף סוף תהי' תורת החסידות שייכת לכלל ישראל, כפי שאכן רואים בשנים האחרונות. והנה אדה"ז כותב אודות מעלת יום הסתלקות של צדיק שאז מאיר ה"סך הכל" של כללות עבודתו וכו', וזהו כעין "פסק דין" בנוגע לעצמו, ומובן שמיום ההילולא של אדה"ז צ"ל לימוד בעבודת האדם, ובאופן שזה יבוא לידי תוצאות בפועל: ישנם כאלו שנבחרו להיות "שלוחים", ובודאי עושה כ"א מהם כל התלוי בו למלאות שליחותו כדבעי. אמנם לפעמים יכול להיות בלבול בעבודת השליחות עי"ז שה"קלוגינקער" בא ומזמין אותו להתעסק בענינים האחרים כמו ענינים השייכים לא"י וכיו"ב, יכול להיות שהם ענינים טובים, אבל אינם שייכים לשליחותו הפרטית שעליו מינו אותו ומצליח בזה. עליו לדעת שהוא שליח במקום במקום קבוע והוא צ"ל עסוק בענין אחד בלבד – מילוי שליחותו במקומו הוא. כשבאים אליו הצעות כאלו ויענה באופן כזה – קרוב לודאי שיפסיקו לבלבל אותו עם הצעות כאלו.משיחת יום א' דפ' וארא, כ"ד טבת ה'תשמ"ט ל"הנחה פרטית" או התרגום ללה"ק של השיחה: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=05-01-2024 Synopsis The Alter Rebbe is the founder of Chassidus Chabad and the author of the Tanya, which is for every Jew, as the Alter Rebbe said – that ultimately, Chassidus will be studied by all Jews, as has indeed become the case in recent years. The Alter Rebbe writes that on the yom histalkus of a tzaddik, the totality of all the tzaddik’s deeds in this world shine etc., and this also applies to the Alter Rebbe himself. Therefore, on the Alter Rebbe’s yartzeit, we must take a lesson for Divine service, and one which will lead to practical results: There are those who have been chosen as shluchim, and certainly, each of them is doing everything in their power to fulfill the mission properly. However, sometimes the "klugenker" (“smart-aleck,” i.e., the evil inclination) comes and tries to distract a shliach with other things, such as matters pertaining to Eretz Yisrael etc.; these may be very important issues – but they aren’t the individual shlichus to which this person was appointed and in which he has been successful. The shliach must know that his shlichus is in a particular place, and that is what he must occupy himself with.
