My next guest is Zac Headrick, founder of 24/7 Hockey and is someone I've been following for close to 10 years now, as he's been consistently putting out free content via YouTube videos and emails to help players and coaches improve their skills, knowledge, and performance.  I've always admired his persistence of effort over the years, as I know how much work it is to continually pump out some type of social content week after week. He's a former player, coach, scout, and now a hockey off and on-ice skills, strength & speed instructor, just to mention a few of the job descriptions he's had or operates now.  He quietly started a hockey business and has maintained and grown it over the years into a successful enterprise.
