Zachary Koehn & Cheyanne Harris

On August 30th, 2017, four-month-old Sterling Koehn died due to neglect from his parents, Zachary Koehn and Cheyanne Harris. He had been left in a mechanical swing, in the same diaper, with no food or water for anywhere from nine to 14 days. He had diaper rash so bad that it had eaten through his skin and caused E. coli from the feces to enter his bloodstream.
