中国社会工作教育的一大困境就是大部分社会工作毕业生不当社工，然而，谁来服务偏远山村和少数民族社区呢？于是2024年开始，北京大学-香港理工大学中国社会工作研究中心启动了在地社工培训的项目，对一批正默默为有需要人群提供服务的非专业社工提供培训。周山在地社工是一群年纪从40到70几岁的村民，他们长期积极参与乡村建设，我们认为他们是在地社工，因为他们人在、心在、行动落地。若要了解更多关于DSW的信息，请发电子邮件至[email protected]在小宇宙查看该单集文稿
