這次的疫情來得又急又快，把大家的步調都打亂，但也因為疫情的關係找回了與家人、生活、自我的連結。面對時代的變動，可以將步調緩下來，思考自己想成為什麼樣的人，努力補足相關技能，藉由眼前的危機化為下一個轉機。父母看待孩子在家中遠距學習，面對全新的生活型態，父母與孩子們難免適應不良，請家長們把標準降低，以維護親子關係為優先。
